About Foresters without Borders

Foresters without Borders (FWB) was established by Forestry Australia to improve the wellbeing of communities that depend on forests, and the environment within which they live, by contributing knowledge and expertise to support sustainable forest management, build capacity and develop effective networks.

Our purpose
Foresters without Borders, Australia provides knowledge and expertise to support sustainable forest management, build capacity and develop effective networks that improve the wellbeing of communities that depend on forests within Australia and globally.

Who we are
Foresters Without Borders Australia is a non-government, humanitarian, independent, not-for-profit organisation open to any professional in forest management.

Foresters Without Borders Management Committee is appointed by the Board of Forestry Australia.
