Courses and placements
Joint core courses are offered twice a year to bring students enrolled at different partner institutions together. In 2008, the Australian joint course will be offered from February 11–22, and will include a field course in Tasmania. The Asia-Pacific joint course is planned for 23 Nov - 6 Dec.
A range of additional, intensive partnership courses are offered in a coordinated schedule during the winter break and second semester (June through October). Students must enrol in at least one partnership course. Planned partnership courses and their timing for:

Students may also undertake an industry placement facilitated by their host university. Masters students will usually also undertake a research project supervised by academic staff at the host university, so the local expertise at each university is relevant to the choice of host university for Masters students.
