IFA members recognised in Australia Day Honours list

The IFA is pleased to learn that two IFA members have been recognised in the recent Australia Day 2010 Honours list.  Wayne Schmidt of Western Australia recognised with a Public Service Medal for ‘outstanding public service within the Parks and Visitor Services Division of Western Australia’s Department of Environment and Conservation’ and Neil Cooper of ACT has been recognised for ‘outstanding public service to the development of improved fire management programs within the Australian Capital Territory.

Wayne and Neil are only two of the many recipients of the awards and the IFA would like to congratulate all those who have been honoured for their achievements.
