You’ll learn about the ten most common barriers still holding women back — from the motherhood penalty to pay inequity — and how these dynamics play out in workplaces. Michelle will share practical tools for women to navigate these challenges and clear guidance for managers on how to identify, interrupt, and reduce bias in their teams.
