Dr Carly Green

Biography:

Dr Carly Green has been involved in global climate change mitigation in Agriculture and Forestry for over 20 years. Her experience extends through research, policy, greenhouse gas methodology and standards good practice, voluntary carbon project development and auditing in more than 20 countries. Carly is a Lead Author of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change National GHG Inventory Guidance, the Global Forest Observations Initiative Methods and Guidance Document and has supported numerous projects achieve validation and verification in voluntary carbon programs globally. More recently Dr Green has been working with the food supply chains to report under the Science Based Target Initiative and exploring both insetting and offsetting opportunities within the value chain.
