By registering for this field day, I acknowledge that:
- I confirm that I, and any additional attendee/s I am registering for this field trip, are 18 years of age or older.
- I will be participating in field-based activities within actively managed forest environments.
- I understand that these environments may involve uneven ground, vehicle movements, weather exposure, and other inherent field-based risks.
- I agree to comply with all safety instructions provided by event organisers, site managers, and supervisors.
- I confirm that I am medically fit to participate in the field activities described and will notify the organisers in advance of any condition that may affect my safe participation.
- I understand that failure to comply with safety requirements may result in my exclusion from field activities.
